The Librarian

This spring was all about drawing magical beings. The librarian was a big watercolour piece which took days to make.

Below, two of my colour tests can be seen. In my initial sketch, I outlined the character again to have it show up better after taking a photo, after that I coloured it digitally. I then traced the sketch onto watercolour paper.
